Replace Unhealthy Chips and Biscuits with these Yummy Seed Crackers

You’ll need:

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Watermelon seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Warm water – 1 cup
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt, to taste

How to make:

  • Preheat oven to 300 F.
  • Mix all seeds and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Add warm water and keep aside for an hour. Stir in between 3-4 times.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the wet seed mixture over it in a thin layer.
  • You can roll it out using a rolling pin or press it between two sheets. Just remember, the seed layer should be spread thin.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until the seeds are crispy and cracker is firm to the touch.
  • Let it cool before breaking apart into crackers.
  • Store in an airtight jar.

Munch on them with a hot cup of tea. Or dip them in a simple and healthy dip just like this one.
