Remember – “Nothing will ever taste as good as being fit will feel.”

Bonus: These protein balls taste heavenly. You will never want a cookie or a muffin again. Read below for the recipe

You’ll Need:

  1. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  2. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  3. 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup or jaggery powder for sweetness
  4. 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  5. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  6. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  7. 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower seed) or 2 tbsp pure coconut oil
  8. 1/3 cup chocolate chips (70-85% dark)
  9. Protein powder of choice
  10. Coconut Flakes to roll them afterwards (optional)

How to make:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until it somewhat comes together. Check the consistency, you should be able to roll into balls. if not, add a bit of milk or nut milk. If it looks too wet, add some more oats or flax meal. Make the recipe your own
  • You can also melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and add into the mixture. That way it will be super chocolaty all the way through.
  • Form protein energy balls about the size of a golf ball. Store in the freezer and grab one whenever you have a snack attack. These balls are soooo good. Trust me!!
