Try a few jawline exercises to help get you closer to that thin long neck without any extra fat.

  • Start off with the basics by moving your head from left to center and then center to right again and complete this process 3-4 times by moving your head side to side.
  • Next step is, start making small rotations with your head from center to left and then center to right. Repeat this process 3-4 times.
  • And then, look at the ceiling and let it stay there. Open your mouth a little and close it and make it a process for next 1 min.
  • Next, start neck rolling with your chin up and do this as a set of 2 reps on either side of the face.
