How To Stop Sabotaging Your Diet?
Healthy body signifies healthy mind. We all are aware of the phrase ‘looking good; feeling good’. Healthy body is just not about the number on the measurement tape or on the weighing machine. Healthy body is least taken care of in this world of hustle and bustle. Take out some time and start pampering yourself.

EAT YOUR VEGGIES
It may be difficult even reading this, but we all know vegetables contain most of the nutrients required. Eat fresh vegetables as frequently as you can and you can find your body getting slowly better. Start eating at home rather than takeout. It’s even great for your skin.
CUT OFF JUNK
Argh! I know the feeling. Pizza or Burgers are okay once in a while but depending on them for every meal of your day can affect your body by a lot. It increases chances of getting a heart attack also, due to the amount of cholesterol included in the diet. It also causes frequent breakouts and acne. We all love pizza’s, but *screaming-inside* not at the cost of our bodies. Take the initiative by eating out in once a week, and then gradually decrease it to a month. Just think of GIGI HADID when you are on the verge of giving up *yes-you-have-to-do-it-for-those-abs*.
START EXERCISING
We are not telling you to gym for hours. Start with cardio and then you can figure it out. Be regular in workout. You cannot achieve the healthy body you want by taking this as a job, love this procedure. Consider this as the work you need to do to result in fruitful ending.
EAT SLOWLY
This may sound weird as hell, but you will observe, this is effective. When you eat hastily, you can get full suddenly and feel very uncomfortable. This is because your stomach takes atleast 20 minutes to send the signal to your brain that you are full, but when you eat fast, the process gets delayed and it will result in overeating. So, just east slow.
PRIORITIZE FOOD QUANTITY
You should always have breakfast like king, lunch like a common man and dinner like a beggar. Have good nutritious breakfast and eat a lot of veggies for lunch and also eat your dinner by 8, so that you don’t go to bed with a full tummy.
So these are some of the healthy ways to live life happily and fit. It may sound too much but once you get the hang of it, it’s not too difficult. Start loving your body rather than dumping it with every food you can find. Reduce the amount of sugars you take and oily foods. When you start doing these things, you can find the difference.
