Switch up your boring breakfast recipe with this Insta-worthy Smoothie Bowl
You’ll need:
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 1 small cup unflavored Greek Yogurt
- Honey or Maple Syrup for sweetness (optional)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- Vanilla essence
- Milk or Ice, to adjust consistency
How to make:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and pour into a bowl. Make sure the consistency is thick enough to eat with a spoon. Top off your smoothie bowl with any of these – coconut flakes, cereal, cornflakes, cacao nibs, pomegrante seeds, chia seeds, almonds, berries, pumpkin seeds or any other topping that tickles your fancy.
