Healthy Breakfast Ideas | Easy Peasy Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Always on the go? No time to sit down for some breakfast? Then, this smoothie recipe is perfect for you. It is ready in minutes. You can put it in a travel cup and drink it while you are moving around.

You’ll need:

  1. A frozen banana
  2. 1 scoop of protein powder –  unflavoured or vanilla flavoured (any brand you prefer)
  3. 1/2 cup of strawberries
  4. Honey for sweetness (optional)
  5. Milk – 1 cup (Use lactose free milk if you want – almond/soy/cashew milk)
  6. Ice, 4-5 cubes

How to make:

Simply put all the ingredients in your blender and pulse until completely mixed together. Adjust consistecy using milk, if needed. Pour in a mason jar and drink away. No need to miss breakfast anymore.
