Simple and Yummy – Healthy Oats & Nuts Granola
Make this simple and easy granola for topping your desserts or yogurt or eating as breakfast cereal. It’s healthy, tasty, super simple to make and will satisfy your sweet tooth.
You’ll need:
- Oats, plain rolled – 2 cups
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Nuts, chopped (Almonds, Walnuts)- 1/2 cup
- Seeds (Sunfower, Pumpkin etc.) – 1/4 cup(optional)
- Raisins – 2 tbsp
- Coconut oil- 2 tbsp (or any other healthy flavourless cooking oil)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
How to make:
Preheat your oven to 300º F. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread a thin layer over a baking trya lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 mins until slightly golden and toasted. Cool down the granola before storing in an airtight container.
