Going for spa’s every month can be an expensive affair. Spending thousands of rupees on spa’s can be saved when you have your own spa and without burning a hole in your pocket.

- Olive oil + coconut oil – Heat up this mixture to lukewarm temperature and work it out on your roots especially. Massage in the oil and let your head release all the heat it has stored up. Then take a steamed towel and tie your hair. Let the steam soak up into your head. Doing this regularly will help you to release a lot of stress and also soothes your brain.
- Coconut oil + egg – Whisk the egg and the oil till you get a paste with a smooth texture and apply it along the length of your hair. This helps to nourish your hair entirely. You can wrap around a steam towel as well, for the nutrients of the egg mask to soak in.
- Milk+ honey – This hair spa is very commonly known to act effectively. Mix milk with tablespoon amount of honey and apply this to your hairleave it on for good 30 minutes and then wash off. Use this twice a week and you will find your hair regain its shine and prevent all the dullness
BODY SPA IDEAS
- Add lavender oil and a few bath salts to your tub and let your body relax in it for a few minutes. You will find it really great way of relaxing. Read a book or listen to your favorite playlist while you soak in.
- Mix brown sugar, granulated sugar and honey and make it into a paste. Use this paste as a body exfoliator. This will leave your body polished and soft at the end of the scrubbing too due to the presence of honey.
- Lime mint foot soak is a great DIY and acts as a mini pedicure. Add some mint leaves and squeeze a lemon into warm water and soak your feet in. This mixture helps you to get rid of the dead skin. Use a pumice stone to get rid of those hard dead skin cells as well. You will have soft bright feet at the end as a result of this DIY pedicure.
