How To Make Your Kids Start Exercising?
Kids, these days are so addicted to gadgets that they hardly move out of their houses.
They will not move until they feel that the outdoor games are more interesting than the ones, they are playing on their gadget.
In this way, you can get them to run around and be active.
Some of the ways you can trick them into exercising are:

Bait them- Hah! In a different sense. Use exercising as a reason why they should have that chocolate they wanted.

Makes the game more interesting. Get them hooked up to their favorite sport.

Involve your pets, if you have any, and free your kid and your dog and see them get dirty very soon.

Bring their friends and pool them to play different sorts of games you could think of.

Make it a rule to run at least for a good 20 minutes every day.

Get them that bicycle and let them do the rest.

Discover the need for those extra-curricular activities like karate, yoga and dancing.

Emphasize more on outdoor activities like trekking, rock climbing, river rafting.

Try to prevent handing them any sort of gadgets or allowing them to stick to the television.

Maintain a time table and mix their outdoor activities, such that they don’t get bored.
It is quite difficult to push them these days, but these can of some help to help them get off the couch and exercise in a different way.
It starts from a day, until they discover that their sports are a priority before any of those gadgets.
